Just want better skin overall? That's exactly who a Bespoke Journey is built for. Most clients don't come to us with a single acute problem, they've noticed the first signs of ageing, or simply want to start taking proper care. During your intake, we translate that wish into a handful of focus points (think dark circles, sensitivity, dryness, dullness, fine lines, or an uneven tone) and build your treatment plan and product routine around them. Which treatment addresses which focus point is for us to work out, not something you need to decide yourself, hand it over, and we'll take it from there.

Your plan doesn't stop, only your credit does. For the rest of the year, you simply pay for treatments and products at the discount that comes with your tier, and you keep enjoying every other benefit of your plan for the remainder of the year.

Bespoke Journey members get access to our booking calendar before it opens to non-members. More importantly, we recommend planning your full year of treatments in advance. Your specialist will help you lock in your appointments months ahead, so your routine is set and your preferred times are always yours. You can cancel or reschedule your planned appointments up to 24hrs before the start of the appointment.

Yes, mostly because of what comes with it beyond the credit itself. Every plan includes your Quarterly Skin Progress Reviews, Priority Booking, a Guest Pass that rises with each tier, a welcome gift, a fixed discount on anything beyond your credit, and access to discounted rates with our wellness and lifestyle partners. Together, that's at least €344 in added value from tier 1, rising to save up to €891 on tier 4. Choose to pay upfront, and you unlock a further benefit worth at least 5% of your annual credit on top. And however you choose to pay, upfront or spread monthly, your full credit is available from day one, so you're never waiting on your own instalments to book what you need.

Like acne, dark circles or pigmentation? Yes. Good skin isn't just the result of the right products and treatments, it's a reflection of your overall health. We look at what you want to resolve, and where it helps, draw on our network of wellness and lifestyle partners to support that goal more broadly than skincare alone. The difference is intensity: a specific concern is sometimes best addressed with a more intensive approach early on, using most or all of your credit in a much shorter period. Bespoke Journey and its benefits still run for the full year, and once your credit is used, you simply continue at your tier's discount for the rest of the year. Your payments can still be spread across the full year, regardless of how quickly you use your credit.

A complete, consistent yet fundamental routine (cleanser, lotion, serum, day cream with SPF, night cream) can add up to around €1.200 a year, depending on what your skin needs. On top of that, regular treatments, priced according to what your goals call for, add further to the total. For someone who's consistent and wants to see real improvement, that combination is exactly what tier 3 is built for. Want the very best we offer, our highest level products, treatments and service? You can pay for your Bespoke Journey in full upfront, or spread it over 12 monthly instalments. Either way, your full annual credit is available from day one, how you choose to pay doesn't change what you can spend. Choosing to pay upfront unlocks an extra benefit worth at least 5% of your annual credit, on top of what you already receive. For instalment payments, we require a credit card on file, charged automatically each month. We're working on offering SEPA as a payment method for instalments soon.

Your journey then automatically renews under the same tier and terms, with your credit added monthly rather than all at once, and you can cancel at any time with one month's notice, even mid-year. Based on your results and needs, we can also adjust your tier, up or down, at that point. Prefer your full annual credit available from day one instead of monthly? If you've used more credit at that point than you've actually paid for, the difference is settled in one go.
