Yes. Skin is skin. The main difference is that men's skin tends to be thicker, oilier, and more affected by shaving, which means certain ingredients and textures tend to work better. But the idea that men need entirely different products is mostly marketing.

Once a month is the standard recommendation. For specific goals or skin conditions, a temporary more intensive course may be advised.
