We start with an in-depth intake and skin analysis during your first appointment. Then three elements take over: in-salon treatments, a personalised home routine, and ongoing expert guidance. A continuous system of treatments, analysis and home care designed to keep your skin improving over time.

Questions about our treatments

During your intake, we build a plan for the year based on the products and treatments your skin calls for, and give you an indication of which tier fits that plan best. We can also work the other way around: tell us your budget, and we'll get the most out of your year within it.

At least three times a year, at the start, halfway and at the end of your plan, and more often where needed, your specialist takes the time to properly assess your skin, drawing on your treatment history and skin analysis. Together, you build a personalised year plan: clear goals, and the treatments and products that will get you there. As a tier 3 or 4 member, you have direct access to our Skin Health Expert Network: a select group of skin health and well-being professionals we bring in to enrich your personal skin strategy with broader perspectives.

Year Plan members get access to our booking calendar before it opens to non-members. More importantly, we recommend planning your full year of treatments in advance. Your specialist will help you lock in your appointments months ahead, so your routine is set and your preferred times are always yours. You can cancel or reschedule your planned appointments up to 24hrs before the start of the appointment.

Your Year Plan doesn't end abruptly. Once your first year is complete, we add one month's worth of credit — based on your tier — at the start of each new month, so your plan continues seamlessly on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel at any time with one month's notice. Prefer to commit to another full year upfront, with your full annual credit available immediately? Just let us know and we'll set that up together.

You can pay for your Year Plan in full upfront, or spread it over 12 monthly instalments. Either way, your full annual credit is available from day one. How you choose to pay doesn't change what you can spend. For instalment payments, we require a credit card on file, charged automatically each month. In the nearby future, you'll be able to pay the instalments with SEPA. More over soon.
